Mango Salsa

  • 2 large ripe MANGOS, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons CILANTRO, roughly chopped, normally I use more, up to you
  • 2 - 3 Tablespoons LIME JUICE
  • ½-1 teaspoon JALEPENO, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon CARDAMOM

MIX INGREDIENTS AND CHILL. Serve with tostadas or chips.


No fresh jalapeño? Add red pepper flakes.

No cardamom, no problem. Skip it.
